Why Become a JANA Mentor?
JANA's mentorship program connects Jordanian and Arab students preparing for, or currently navigating, higher education in North America with professionals and alumni who have already made that journey.
As a mentor, you choose your own availability. There's no minimum time commitment — one call a month makes a real difference. Many of our most impactful mentors give just two hours per month.

Who Can Become a Mentor?
- Jordanian or Arab professional currently working or studying in North America
- Completed at least one degree at a North American university
- Available for at least 1–2 virtual sessions per month (30–60 min each)
- Committed to being responsive and supportive to your assigned mentee
- No specific field required — we welcome mentors from all disciplines
